Warehouse Associate

Join our warehouse team to sort, inspect, grade, and organize used corrugated boxes. You will play a critical role in our quality control process — ensuring every box that ships to a customer meets our standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and sort incoming used box inventory
  • Inspect boxes for structural integrity, contamination, and condition
  • Assign quality grades (A through D) based on our grading criteria
  • Organize stock by size, wall type, and grade in warehouse racking
  • Assist with order fulfillment, loading, and inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail for quality inspection and grading
  • Reliable transportation to our 805 S 17th St location
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required

Delivery Driver

Deliver used and recycled boxes to businesses across the Boise metro area. You will be the face of Boise Boxes for many of our customers — reliable, professional, and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Load delivery vehicles with customer orders each morning
  • Deliver boxes to business locations across the Boise metro and Treasure Valley
  • Pick up used boxes from businesses participating in our buyback program
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues promptly
  • Represent Boise Boxes professionally in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Valid Idaho driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience driving box trucks or cargo vans preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical loading/unloading
  • Strong time management and route navigation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with the Boise metro area is a significant advantage

Sales Representative

Build relationships with businesses across Idaho to grow our customer base for both box sales and buyback programs. You will identify opportunities, close deals, and serve as a trusted packaging advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business accounts through outreach and networking
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Educate potential customers on the cost and environmental benefits of used boxes
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and packaging recommendations
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer data in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, logistics, or industrial supply
  • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and pipeline
  • Interest in sustainability and the circular economy is highly valued
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software

Operations Manager

Oversee daily warehouse operations, delivery logistics, inventory management, and team performance. This is a leadership role with direct impact on our ability to deliver quality, consistency, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, grading, and order fulfillment
  • Supervise warehouse associates, delivery drivers, and refurbishment staff
  • Optimize inventory levels, storage organization, and stock rotation
  • Plan and coordinate delivery routes for efficiency and coverage
  • Implement quality control procedures and monitor grading consistency
  • Track operational metrics and report on performance, efficiency, and waste
  • Identify process improvements and implement operational best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of operations or warehouse management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising a team of 5+
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management systems and logistics planning
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of corrugated packaging industry is a plus
  • Commitment to sustainability and waste reduction principles
